A DBT Booster Group focusing on friendships, conflict-resolution, bullying, self-esteem, and coping and communication skills.

Managing Trauma in COVID-19

This psychoeducational support group is open to anyone dealing with the effects of trauma during COVID-19.  This group will focus on social connection and include time for open discussion and processing of emotions.  Participants will also gain an understanding of trauma and learn relative coping skills they can integrate into their lives. 

 

Beginning on 7/14, this group will be offered virtually for 6 consecutive Tuesdays at 4:00pm. This group is open to adults ages 18 and older and will have a limit of 10 participants.

Legal Clinic

Offered Bi-Monthly; Currently suspended until further notice due to COVID 19.

 

Meet with an attorney to discuss and Review of NYS laws on Divorce, custody, orders of protection and support/advocacy answers.

 

this workshop is for individuals who are starting or maybe starting the initial process of a divorce, support, custody or order of protection and have not yet retained an attorney.

Parenting During  COVID-19

Are you struggling with the constant family time? Can you feel family tensions rising? Are you and your family members having difficulty communicating? You are NOT alone! Come learn about effective communication skills and ways to build support during this stressful time. During this structured skill-based group you will learn ways to better communicate with family members, increase coping skills, and experience validation in knowing that families everywhere are struggling during COVID.

 

Beginning on 7/15, this group will be offered virtually for 6 consecutive Wednesdays at 12:00pm. The group is limited to 8-10 participants.
